Introduction
Hello everyone, my name is Sean Coffey. I am a senior in the Digital Building concentration and am looking forward to the course. BIM has always been an interest of mine and I look forward to learning more about the application of BIM towards the design and development of Intelligent buildings in this course. My understanding of Intelligent Buildings is that their development is the result of using modern technology to make well-informed, more optimal, and innovative building designs.
